Director Cloud and Engineering at Deloitte

Julene specialises in uplifting organisation delivery and operational practices through the use of innovative operating models, and has a keen interest in the impact of disruptive technologies such as AI. With over 10 years of leadership roles including transformational product management, technical design, operational and delivery roles, Julene anchors her work on customer-centric value approaches in large enterprises, distilling complexilty and forming actionable plans. As original Portfolio lead across the proposed establishment of the (now paused) New Zealand Income Insurance Scheme, and Technology Enablement lead across Business, Banking and Government sectors, Julene more recently been involved with rolling out significant changes to approaching the service delivery lifycycle using AI and seeing it’s impacts on teams and organisations.
